Our rooms were immaculate, equipped with inviting beds and fitted with balconies that boasted breathtaking mountain views—perfect for sipping tea at sunrise. As lovers of good food, we greatly appreciated the onsite restaurant serving local cuisine, where we savored an evening meal at a remarkably low cost. The shared lounge and lush garden provided an ideal setting for evening discussions, reminiscent of the tranquility found in my own tea estate back in Galle. Albergue Mandoia Aterpetxea combines natural beauty with thoughtful amenities, making it a splendid choice for those looking to immerse themselves in the serene mountains of Arantzazu while indulging in delightful local experiences.
